Patrician Towers Condominium is located in Rehoboth Beach, just a short walk to amusements, restaurants and shops. We have 52 condos in the well maintained and landscaped building, some with ocean views and oversized decks with balconies or enclosed patios. All condos are equipped with full kitchens and for your convenience a separate laundry room and elevator. We have a rooftop pool and sun deck with pool attendant on duty (seasonally) and garage parking. You can sit and relax in the lobby or by the fish pond in the courtyard.

Rehoboth Beach is a city community along the Delaware Beaches in Eastern Sussex County Delaware. Along with the neighboring coastal city of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach is one of the principal cities of Delaware’s rapidly growing Cape Region.

Rehoboth is famous for its beaches, wooden boardwalk, eclectic shops, amusements, and sporting activities, today’s Rehoboth Beach is also known as one of the mid-Atlantic coast’s popular getaways because of the large number of gay-owned and operated businesses and because of the gay-frequented stretch of beach near Queen Street, known as Poodle Beach.

Rehoboth Beach lies within the Seaford, Delaware Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Dubbed as the “The Nation’s Summer Capital”, Rehoboth Beach DE is by far the the state’s best beach destination, just 90 miles southeast of the capital city of Dover, and just approximately 30 north miles of Ocean City, Maryland.

The Beach serves as a relaxing alternative to nearby and much more developed Ocean City, Maryland. Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk has also been named by as “Best of America”, featured in the May 2006 issue. The town has several festivals including the Sea Witch Festival, the Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival, and the Rehoboth Beach Autumn Jazz Festival every year. The Clear Space Theatre Company, a professional theater company, offers a year-round schedule of musical and dramatic productions in the Rehoboth Theatre of the Arts.

Dogfish Head Brewery’s original brewpub is located on the town’s main strip, Rehoboth Avenue. The location has grown in years as a popular destination for American craft beer lovers.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Rehoboth Beach include: The Avery’s Rest Site, Dodd Homestead, Peter Marsh House, Thompson’s Loss and Gain Site, Thompsons Island Site, Warrington Site, and Woman’s Christian Temperance Union Fountain.

The city has a total area of 1.6 square miles of which, 1.2 square miles is land and 0.5 square miles is water. Rehoboth Beach is bordered on the east by the Atlantic Ocean, on the north by the development of Henlopen Acres, and on the west and south by unincorporated portions of Sussex County. Cape Henlopen State Park lies just to the north of Rehoboth Beach, and Dewey Beach is just to its south.
